01 · Two Ways to Get Your Mattress
Order online for free U.S. shipping, or buy at one of our stores and add local delivery for a fee — or pick it up free.
02 · Free Shipping on Online Orders
Orders placed on discountmattrezzz.com ship free anywhere in the United States. There is no minimum and no shipping charge at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.
03 · Local Delivery (In-Store Purchases)
If you purchase at one of our retail locations and would like your order delivered, local delivery is available for a delivery charge that varies by store location and delivery area. The exact charge is shown and agreed before you pay. Where available, you may choose curbside (to your driveway) or inside delivery (brought inside your home).
04 · In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is always free. Pick up your order at any Discount Mattrezzz location during business hours — we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
05 · Delivery Timing
Same-day and next-day local delivery are often available depending on the store, product, and your address. Online shipping times vary by destination. All delivery dates and windows are estimates, not guarantees.
06 · Old Mattress Removal
We do not remove or haul away old mattresses. Please arrange disposal of your old mattress separately.
07 · Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your item on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or defective, report it within 10 days as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or pickup.
