01 · Overview
Discount Mattrezzz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website discountmattrezzz.com and our retail locations in the Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio, Texas. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds, and product support work when you shop with us.
All sales are final. Because mattresses and bedding are personal, hygienic products — and because Texas law restricts the resale of used or returned bedding — we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once a sale is complete, except in the limited circumstances described below.
02 · Exceptions to Final Sale
We stand behind what we sell and will make it right in these cases:
- Damaged product — items that arrive physically damaged.
- Defective product — manufacturing defects.
To qualify, you must report the damage or defect within 10 days of receiving the product, using our contact form, and include clear photos and your order details so we can help quickly.
This policy does not affect or limit any rights you may have under a manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties are separate from this policy and may extend well beyond the 10-day window above; we will help you start a warranty claim where one applies.
03 · Product Support
For any question, issue, or warranty claim on a product, you must submit a support request through our contact form. Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the issue. This is the fastest way for us to assist you.
04 · Cancellations & Partial Refunds
Once a purchase is made, you have two (2) business days to cancel the sale and request a partial refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted within this window through our contact form; after two business days, all sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, except for the damage and defect exceptions in Section 02.
For an approved cancellation, your refund equals the purchase price of the item(s), less a 5% restocking fee (see Section 05). Any delivery or setup fees already incurred are non-refundable.
05 · Restocking Fee
Cancellations and eligible partial refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee, calculated on the purchase price of the item(s). This fee is deducted from the refunded amount.
06 · Financing (Affirm & Snap Finance)
If you paid using Affirm, Snap Finance, or another financing partner, any approved refund is processed back through that lender to your financing account rather than as cash. The 5% restocking fee is calculated on the purchase price, and your lender will adjust your balance accordingly. Please allow additional processing time for the lender to reflect the refund.
If you cancel a financed purchase, you are also responsible for cancelling your contract or agreement directly with the financing program. Once your financing contract has been finalized, all responsibility for that contract rests with you as the customer, and any cancellation, payment, or dispute must be handled directly between you and the financing provider.
07 · Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. Because all sales are final, please review your selection carefully — our team is glad to help you choose the right mattress before you buy, including through our online Sleep Quiz. Please note that our Sleep Quiz is intended only to offer general suggestions to help guide your choice. It is not a professional, medical, or health recommendation, and results are not guaranteed.
08 · How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Submit our contact form within two (2) business days of your purchase (or within 10 days for a damaged/defective item).
- Include your order number, the item(s) involved, and the reason for your request.
- For a damaged or defective item, attach clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and process any approved refund, less the 5% restocking fee where applicable.
09 · Pricing & Savings
Savings of 50–70% referenced on our website and in our stores reflect estimated comparisons between our prices on comparable mattresses and the typical advertised retail prices for similar models sold by national big-box retailers. These comparisons are made in good faith based on publicly advertised competitor prices for comparable products, reviewed at the time each item is listed. Actual savings vary by product, size, brand, and availability, and are not a guarantee of savings on any specific item. Because competitor pricing and promotions change frequently, a comparison may not reflect a competitor’s price at the time of your purchase.
